Each RSP purchase includes between 12 and 14 months of maintenance,
which provides free telephone and e-mail support. Users who allow their
maintenance to expire are not eligible for technical support until they renew,
for a fee of $336 per user for each year past the expiration date.

In addition to your detailed question or description of your problem,
you will need to provide us with your product type (RSP 3, R$P 2000, or
R$P Personal), RSP version number, Excel version (97, 2000, XP, 2003, or 2007),
and version of Windows (95, 98, NT, 2000, XP, or Vista).
